EPS Congratulates Kate Tierney for completing Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice

EPS are excited to welcome Kate Tierney to the team full time. Kate joined the EPS team in February working part-time while she completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Kate completed her Bachelor of Environmental Science/ Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England in 2014. Whilst undertaking her undergraduate studies, Kate worked as an ecologist and volunteered her time as a paralegal at the Environmental Defenders Office. After completion of her University studies, Kate gained experience in a leadership role, managing a regeneration project near Canberra.

Kate has a range of experience in environmental consulting across a broad range of industries (mining, resources and transport). She has worked on projects throughout NSW. Her tertiary studies and professional work experience have exposed her to a broad range of work environments in which she has amassed valuable skills, which she brings to EPS.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Kate for completing this component of her studies and welcome her to the team as a full time member.
