EPS Values Employee Training and Development

EPS staff recently completed an internal Project Management training series. Spanning over several months, all staff co-presented and attended training sessions which focused on different aspects of project management and the project life cycle. Training topics included inception, scope, budget, risk, quality, project closure and client relationships.

Creating platforms to share knowledge is fundamental to staff development, and ultimately allows the EPS team to better serve our clients.

Members of the EPS team also recently attended an external First-Aid training course. The course provided training in the most up-to-date First-Aid procedures relevant to both office and field environments, including resuscitation techniques and what do in the event of a snake bite.

EPS recognises the importance of training and safety, and is committed and offering a range of internal and external training sessions supporting continual staff development and progression.
