EPS Welcome New Director, Property

EPS are excited to welcome Dean Carruthers back to the team as Director – Property.

Dean re-joins the EPS team following his most recent role as Senior Development Manager with State Government development corporation UrbanGrowth NSW.

A registered valuer without limitation (AAPI CPV), he holds a Masters of Commerce (Property Investment and Development) and has 13 years professional experience in the Property and Financial Services industries.

With a passion for unlocking commercial value, Dean will deliver a broad range of services to EPS clients including valuation, feasibility & commercial assessment, property economics and development project management.

Dean’s dual experience across both property valuation and development project management provides a unique perspective on the opportunities to manage project planning and delivery to optimise commercial outcomes.
