Crown Lands Leaseholder Conversion Program

Engaged by NSW Crown Land to provide property economics and triple-bottom line (economic, social, environmental) analysis and advisory in relation to a portfolio of 30 Crown Land leasehold properties across the east coast of NSW. The portfolio included registered clubs (golf, bowling etc), public recreation facilities, commercial facilities and holiday parks.
The analysis covered planning permissibility, environmental constraints, market value, commercial highest best use assessment, development feasibility assessment, triple-bottom-line assessment and a best practice governance framework based on review of the governing Crown Lands legislation.
