Draft Rhodes Precinct Place Strategy

EPS conducted an independent mixed use development feasibility assessment of the proposed planning control framework for the draft Rhodes Precinct Place Strategy. In support of a submission to NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, on behalf of private developer Billbergia.
EPS provided market value and development feasibility advice covering a range of residential, office and light industrial property types. To address key issues within the proposed masterplan, and to suggest economically viable opportunities for NSW DPIE to successfully activate the precinct, without compromising the masterplan’s strategic intent.
