Newcastle City Council – Coastal Reserve Trust

EPS undertook a comprehensive property economics opportunity study of Newcastle Council’s Coastal Reserve Trust lands, primarily comprising beachside land including five (5) Surf Lifesaving Club sites, Merewether Ocean Baths, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Shepherds Hill Cottage and Stockton Ferry Wharf.

In collaboration with Council’s architect, EPS undertook detailed property market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for Council to enhance the performance of their Coastal Trust lands.

Portfolio performance was measured by both improved financial and desired community outcomes; supported by detailed development feasibility and investment return analysis.
