Rangoon Wind Farm

EPS was engaged by Meridian as development manager of the 130MW Rangoon Wind Farm and 100MW BESS at Ben Lomond.

As development service provider, EPS successfully: negotiated and secured tenure across multiple private landholdings; undertook desktop and field studies to minimise the environmental impact of the proposal; project managed external specialist subconsultants; and completed extensive community/ stakeholder engagement. The overall outcome for Rangoon Wind Farm was a development package that was instrumental in the MEA Strategic Business Review completed in late 2021.
