WLALC Eco-Tourist Facility

EPS prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects (SoEE) to demonstrate the environmental, social and economic matters associated with the development of an Eco-Tourist Facility adjacent to Stockton Sand Dunes to enable the WLALC to undertake cultural and environmental tours of the landscape.

EPS worked in close collaboration with WLALC to deliver a detailed SoEE which clearly identified the proposed facility’s compatibility with the surrounding area, as well as its compliance with the relevant planning instruments and strategic documents.
