Waterford County Residential Development – Ongoing Ecological Assessments

EPS has been undertaking ongoing ecological surveys and assessment for the Waterford County residential project in Chisholm, near Maitland NSW.

Threatened species issues identified have included the occurrence of the endangered Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest as well as threatened fauna species such as Grey-crowned Babbler and Squirrel Glider.

EPS has been assisting Waterford County with addressing potential impacts to these ecological values and in achieving ecologically sustainable outcomes for the project.
